Many of your employees, especially deskless or on-the-move workers, often find logging into platforms a barrier to completing their training. To address this, we've developed Restricted View, allowing your team to access their assigned learning content without needing to fully log in to SuperPath.
Challenges
When Restricted View for Users is enabled (which requires Auto Login to be turned on), your users will receive a special link in their assignment emails. Clicking this link will grant them limited access to a specific learning pathway or individual content.
For example, if you assign a leadership pathway to a team, and Restricted View is active, they will receive a direct link to that pathway. When they click it, they'll see the full pathway content, allowing them to start and complete modules seamlessly, even on a mobile device, like the one below:
